Making an Appointment: Credit/debit Cards are needed at all bookings to hold your spot and to prevent no shows, late or same day cancellations.
Appointment Cancellations: We have a 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Less than 24 hour cancellation/same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable, therefore, cancellation on the same day will only be charged 50% of the services. This is because we have to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff. There is a no refund policy on all services.
Gift Certificates: Expire one year from date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, are to be used by the designated recipient only, and cannot be used towards discounted spa services or any other promotions.
Credit Cards: All credit card payments will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Gratuities: Prices for our services do not include gratuities. May we suggest 20%. Cash gratuity is highly appreciated!
