Appointment Cancellations: 24 hour cancellation required. No shows, late or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Credit Cards are needed at all bookings. There is a no refund policy on all services.
Gift Certificates: Expire one year from date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, are to be used by the designated recipient only, and cannot be used towards discounted spa services or any other promotions.
Credit Cards: All credit card payments will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Gratuities: Prices for our services do not include gratuities. May we suggest 20%. Cash gratuity is highly appreciated!
